This Junior Studio apartment has both a living room and a terrace with direct sea views. With this accommodation, you get a lovely newly renovated holiday apartment for 2–3 people. Our studio is a one-room apartment of 24 m2 with shower/toilet. All of these units have a terrace with a dining set, located on one of Bornholm’s most attractive detached plots with no through traffic. The apartment includes a dining area and a sofa-and-armchair seating area. The sleeping area is furnished with a double box spring mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m) with a second box spring mattress (1.20 x 2.00 m) placed crosswise over the headboard as a bunk. The apartments can be occupied by 2 adults, plus 1 adult or 1–2 children in the bunk.
With this accommodation, you get a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, fridge with a small freezer, cookware and utensils, tableware, etc.
The apartments are located in the middle of the centre—close to our shared facilities such as the lounge/atrium room, pool, bouncy cushion, and restaurant. You’ll find truly amazing views in the area, and most apartment terraces have a sea view. Click here to read more about Feriecenter Bornholm!

Departure: No later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Check the arrival room for an envelope with your name.
In the envelope you will find information about the accommodation, the key and the accommodation’s location.
The apartments are equipped with basic essentials.
Please bring your own consumables such as toilet paper and kitchen roll.
A linen package (towels plus duvet and pillow covers) can be rented for DKK 150 per person. Must be ordered before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in the stay.
Energy consumption is included.
All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking will incur an additional charge equivalent to one week’s stay.
The apartment may only be occupied by the stated number of guests.
Tents and charging electric cars are not allowed.
On departure, dishes must be washed, and rubbish must be removed and placed in the waste containers.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement. An additional fee of DKK 100 per dog per day applies.
Free Danish TV channels and one Swedish channel via antenna.
If you want more channels, you can use Chromecast.
Mobile internet (5G) via Telia/NORLYS is available in the area.
If you experience faults with electrical appliances (e.g. TV or fridge) and let us know before 10:00 AM, it will generally be fixed the next day.
